Refund policy
We as a brand commit to lowering our footprint on our planet to protect our Winters and therefor we feel obliged to ask our customers to shop consciously as well.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these criteria.
To start a return, you can just login here with your email and order number. We will than take care of the rest for you and contact you with further instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. RETURN HERE
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any items with discounts of 30% and higher are considered sale items.
Refunds
You have the option to receive store credit for your next purchase or be refunded the amount to your original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
At the moment, we are not able to 'exchange' items directly. Please go ahead and create a new order on our website for the item you want. To return your original order, just follow the 'returns' procedure. You’ll receive a refund for items returned in new and unused condition.
Costs
In the case of damaged products or wrongly shipped items we will cover the costs for the return. In all other cases you will be obliged to cover the costs for your return shipment.
